Tonijn wraps

Een lekkere gezonde lunch is altijd fijn. Deze wraps zijn in een handomdraai te maken. Als je ze in kleine hapjes snijd zijn ze ook lekker als borrelhapje.

Ingrediƫnten.
  • Ruculo sla
  • Sla kruiden
  • Mayonaise
  • Ketchup
  • 1 blikje tonijn
  • 1 pak wraps
= = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = == = = ==

Laat de tonijn uitlekken. Meng de mayonaise, ketchup en slakruiden met de tonijn. Breng het mengsel op smaak met peper en een beetje zout. Vul de wraps met tonijnmengsel en leg er rucola op. Rol de wraps op. Leg ze even in de koelkast. Snij de wraps schuin doormidden.
